I picked up a Craftsman drill and a socket set from craftsman.com a few months ago. Shipping was normal, nothing special or anything, but it all showed up fine and looked good out of the box.

I’ve used the drill for putting up shelves, fixing a bit of fence, and just little random garage things here and there. The battery has actually held up better than I thought it would, and it doesn’t start feeling weak halfway through this or that. The socket set has been good too, fits snug and hasn’t messed up any bolts so far.
For what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’m not doing pro-level work or anything like that, but for regular home projects and weekend fixes, this stuff has been solid.

I ordered a few tools from craftsman.com, and to be honest, I was kind of suspicious at first because the prices seemed almost too reasonable. But once they showed up, the quality actually felt better than I expected for what I paid.

Shipping was normal, nothing special, but everything arrived in good shape and worked fine around the house. I’m still a little cautious about ordering more until I see how these hold up over time, but for now, I’d probably buy again.

They did end up replacing my tool under warranty, which I appreciate. The shipping was slow though, and by that point I was a little tired of checking in and waiting on the whole service process. It worked out in the end, just not especially fast.

I assumed I’d be waiting around forever, but customer service got back to me quick. They helped sort things out without making it a whole hassle, so overall it was a good experience...

I’m picky about durability, and so far this has held up really well. It feels solid and tougher than I expected, so I’m happy with it up to this point.

My first impression of the site was good since it was easy enough to browse and find what I needed. The checkout part felt a little slow though, and the tracking info took longer than I expected to show up. In the end, my order arrived fine, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not super smooth.
